The Beast machine features passive and active exercise modes in which the beast pushes you and you push him back. Did you say exercisers resist the beast? You bet! The fancy scientific for this type of exercise is eccentric muscle activation. It’s similiar to walking or running downhill. Weight -lifters know eccentric exercise as “negatives.” This mode of exercise is unique to the Beast machine. Unlike falling weights and spring-snapping devices, you may stop the beast machine at any time in absolute safety. |

The exerciser buckles up in a sliding chair, and uses his arms to pull the beast forward and his arms and legs to push the beast backward.
Because resistance is in both directions, there is no wasted motion. Different muscles are worked when pulling than pushing and the machine’s electronic resistance may be programmed for special training. FEATURES: (1) Resistance is applied during the entire exercise cycle, and is adjusted electrically, allowing for a large range and reliable operation. |
