IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MEDIA PLAYER:

If you do not have a media player, you can download one from Real Networks by Clicking Here.  When the Real Networks screen appears, click on “Real Player 7 Basic” at the bottom of the screen and follow directions.

IF YOUR MEDIA PLAYER DOES NOT WORK WITH OUR FILE:

If the playback of our file is faulty (e.g. the sound is erratic), then try increasing  the amout of buffering in your player.  For example, if  you have Windows Media Player,  then perform the following steps:

   1.  Click on our movie icon.
   2.  When the play is complete, click on “View”
   3.  Click on “Options
   4.  Click on “Advanced”
   5.  Select “Streaming Media (Windows media) if not already selected
   6.  Click on “Change”
   7.  Click on “buffer” if there is not already a back dot next to it
   8.  Enter 30 where it says “seconds of data”
   9.  Click on “Apply”
   10. Click on “OK”
   11. Click on “OK”
   12. Click on “Play”
   13. Click on “Play -Pause” to replay the video
